Excellent

5.0 Average 5 Star Review for Wired by Jessops, renewable experts in Cornwall icon.

The lads were very friendly and respectful and left the sitting room spotless. They’ve worked none stop and the results are amazing.

Having a showroom where you can see a selection of stoves, hearths and insets is a real selling point, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Visit Our Stove Showroom in Houghton le Spring

We're based at:

19 Cherry Way, Dubmire Industrial Estate, Houghton le Spring, DH4 5RJ

There's parking right outside, and we're easy to reach from Durham, Sunderland, Washington, Chester-le-Street and the surrounding areas.

Opening hours:
Check our Google Business Profile for current opening times, or get in touch if you'd like to arrange a visit outside regular hours. We're happy to accommodate appointments in the evening or at weekends if that works better for you.

We'll Fit It Too
(If You Want Us To)

Buy your stove from us and we can handle the installation. Most standard log burner installs take a day. Media walls take 3-4 days. If you need a false chimney breast built, allow 3 days for the full job.

What's included:

Professional fitting by experienced installers
All the work except gas capping (you'll need a Gas Safe engineer for that if you're replacing a gas fire)
Everything tested before we leave
Cleaned up afterwards

How it works:

Send us a photo of your chimney breast and a few details about your room. We can usually tell you if it's doable without needing to visit first. If the job looks straightforward, we'll book you in. Right now we're booking 4-8 weeks ahead - winter's busy season for us.

Prefer to fit it yourself?

No problem. Buy the stove and flue pack from us and sort your own installer. We're not precious about it.
